Lenox to Tuscany: A Chef’s Journey

For years, I poured my heart into crafting unforgettable dining experiences in Lenox, Massachusetts. My restaurants became a second home to so many, a place where good food and great wine brought people together in ways that felt special.

Bridging two worlds through food, wine, and shared moments.

I built my career around sourcing the finest ingredients, designing menus that celebrated the seasons, and creating spaces where every meal was more than just food—it was a shared experience.

But a few years ago, I made a bold decision.

I left it all behind and moved to Tuscany.

A Chef’s Journey to La Dolce Vita

After years of running multiple restaurants, I wanted something different—a life that felt slower, more connected, and deeply rooted in the land. So, I traded the fast pace of the restaurant world for the rolling hills of Tuscany, where I now tend to my own vineyard, olive groves, and beehives.

Here, I live by the rhythms of nature, embracing the farm-to-table philosophy in its purest form. And now, I invite you to experience this world with me.

Come Cook With Me in Tuscany

At the Sip & Savour Retreat, you won’t just taste Tuscany—you’ll become a part of it.

I’ll take you to my 25-acre farm, Podere Monterosoli, where we’ll cook together using the freshest ingredients—some picked right from the land.

Here’s what we’ll do together:

  • Forage for the freshest ingredients—from sun-ripened tomatoes to fragrant wild herbs.
  • Cook over open flames, learning the secrets of authentic Tuscan cuisine passed down through generations.
  • Savor every bite while sharing stories and laughter over incredible wine, great company, and breathtaking views.

Why This Experience is So Special

For me, this retreat is more than just cooking—it’s about connection.

And for DARE clients, it holds even more meaning.

I still feel deeply connected to Lenox, the Berkshires, and the incredible food and wine community I was part of there. Many of you have dined in my restaurants, shared meals with friends and family at our tables, and trusted me to create special moments through food.

Now, I get to welcome you into my world in Tuscany, where I’ve taken everything I’ve learned and woven it into a retreat experience unlike any other.

This is my chance to give back, to share something deeply personal, and to bridge the two places that have shaped my life in the most meaningful ways.

So, will you join me?

Let’s sip, savor, and celebrate the joy of La Dolce Vita—together.
