Retreat Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Sweet Life Experiences, our exclusive retreats are meticulously planned to provide an intimate, seamless, and transformational journey. Due to the limited availability (only six guests per retreat) and the high-touch nature of our experience, we have a clear booking and cancellation policy to ensure fairness and consistency.

Securing Your Place

To confirm your place on the retreat:

  • A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. This guarantees your reservation and allows us to secure your luxury accommodations, private experiences, and curated itineraries in advance.
  • Full payment is due 45 days before the retreat start date.
  • VIP Bonus for Full Payment: Guests who choose to pay in full at the time of booking will receive an exclusive luxury upgrade or a special Tuscan experience as a token of appreciation for their early commitment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected changes may arise. Below is our cancellation and refund policy:

  • Cancellations made 45+ days before the retreat start date: Full refund of payments made (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
  • Cancellations made within 44 days of the retreat start date: Due to the exclusive nature of this experience, we regret that no refunds can be issued.

Booking Transfers & Flexible Rescheduling

If your plans change, we offer the option to transfer your booking:

  • You may transfer your retreat spot to another guest if you notify us at least 45 days before the retreat.
  • In special circumstances, we may allow one-time rescheduling to a future retreat of equal or greater value (subject to availability).

Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended)

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect their investment in the event of:

  • Flight cancellations, delays, or disruptions
  • Personal emergencies or health-related issues
  • Unexpected work obligations

This ensures peace of mind in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Exceptions for Special Circumstances

We recognize that emergencies happen. In exceptional cases (such as serious illness or force majeure events), we may, at our discretion, offer a partial credit toward a future retreat.
