I am a wife, a proud mother of two incredible children, and a firm believer that life should be filled with adventure, laughter, and meaningful connections. When our kids, Lauren and Caolan, left for university, Paul and I took a leap of faith and followed our lifelong dream—moving to Tuscany. Little did I know that this decision would lead me to the most fulfilling chapter of my life.
Now, as the Joyful Concierge, I have the privilege of curating exceptional experiences for our guests. From the moment you express interest in a retreat, I’m behind the scenes, making sure every element is flawlessly arranged. Whether it’s securing private vineyard visits, organizing bespoke dining experiences, or ensuring your every need is met, I am dedicated to making your time in Tuscany truly effortless.
My career began in the fast-paced world of corporate travel, where I managed high-profile trips for senior executives—booking flights, securing accommodations, and acting as a virtual assistant on demand, no matter where they were in the world. That role sharpened my ability to anticipate needs before they arise, a skill I now use daily to create seamless, extraordinary retreats.
Never in a million years did I imagine I’d return to this kind of work—except now, it’s in a way that fills my heart. Tuscany is home, and organizing retreats here feels like a dream come true. Living in this beautiful part of the world has given me deep connections within the local community, allowing me to arrange one-of-a-kind experiences that guests wouldn’t find on their own. Because of these trusted relationships, I can always go the extra mile—whether that’s securing a private wine tasting at an invitation-only vineyard or arranging a spontaneous sunset picnic in the hills.
