About Me

I’m a businesswoman, coach, wife, and proud mother of two incredible children.

When our kids, Lauren and Caolan, went off to university, my husband Paul and I took a leap and fulfilled our lifelong dream of moving to Tuscany. This new chapter has been life-changing, and I am grateful every day for the chance to call this beautiful place home.

I now oversee essential aspects of Sweet Life Experiences while also running my talent development business, where I guide and support young professionals in the construction industry.

My Experience

My career began in business travel, where I managed corporate trips for senior executives at major firms. This early role sharpened my logistical and planning skills—expertise I now leverage to create seamless, memorable retreats in Tuscany.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked in the construction industry, where I developed an award-winning graduate program that nurtured young talent from school to professional chartership. This experience laid the foundation for my current work in talent development, where I support employers in building strong talent pipelines and help graduates, apprentices, and placements thrive in their careers.

At Sweet Life Experiences, I channel my passion for connecting and uplifting others by organising and leading retreats that unite people from all walks of life, fully embracing my role as The Joyful Explorer.

Whether it’s overseeing logistics, serving as a personal guide for our guests, or hosting my Sip & Savour retreat, I take great joy in creating meaningful and memorable experiences for our community.

In my role as The Joyful Explorer, I aim to capture and share the magic of Tuscany. Through captivating videos and heartwarming stories, I highlight the culture, music, art, and history of this enchanting region. My goal is to transport you here, even if just for a few minutes during a well-deserved break. Whether it inspires you to learn Italian, visit Tuscany, or simply add more joy to your day, I hope to bring a piece of this special place into your life.
