Retreat Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Sweet Life Experiences, we understand that unexpected changes can happen. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer fairness and flexibility while protecting the integrity of each retreat—ensuring we can deliver the high-quality experience our guests expect and deserve.

Non-Refundable Deposit

A 15% deposit is required to secure your place. This helps us confirm accommodations, prepare materials, and begin crafting your personalized retreat experience. This deposit is non-refundable, but it may be applied to a future retreat if your plans change.

Refund Policy

The following applies to payments made beyond the deposit:

  • Cancellations made 45+ days before the retreat start date: Full refund (excluding deposit)
  • Cancellations made within 44 days of the retreat start date: No refunds can be issued due to the close proximity of the event

Transfer Policy

We’re happy to offer flexibility if you need to transfer your booking:

  • Transfers to a future retreat or another guest may be requested up to 45 days before the retreat begins
  • Requests made after this window will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of illness, emergencies, or unexpected travel disruptions.

Exceptions

We understand that life happens. In the event of serious illness or unforeseen circumstances, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit toward a future retreat or explore alternative solutions with you.
