About Me

I believe we only get one life—and it’s our responsibility to live it fully.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the connection between physical and mental well-being. My background in Personal Training has given me a deep understanding of the science behind movement and nutrition, while my degree in Psychology has helped me explore the mindset shifts that lead to lasting change.

But beyond the studies and certifications, my passion for helping others comes from experience. Five years ago, at just 24, I was diagnosed with a brain tumor.

Spoiler alert—I’m okay now. But that moment changed everything.

It reinforced something I had always known: our health is our most valuable asset. Recovering from surgery, rebuilding my strength, and navigating that challenge shaped my entire approach to well-being—one that focuses on what truly matters.

Today, I don’t just help people “get fit.” I help them build strong, capable bodies, resilient minds, and sustainable habits that support both. Whether you’re looking to improve mobility, increase energy, or simply feel better in your own skin, I’m here to guide you toward a way of living that works for you.

The Five Vitality Pillars

True health isn’t about restriction, dieting, or punishing workouts. It’s about creating a rhythm of well-being that supports your lifestyle, enhances longevity, and brings you joy. The Five Vitality Pillars I teach at Sweet Life Experiences are the foundation for sustainable health:

Move with Intention – Build strength, improve mobility, and stay active in ways that feel good for your body.

Nourish to Flourish – Shift from restrictive dieting to mindful, balanced eating.

Build Stress Resilience – Use breathwork, movement, and mindset techniques to handle life’s pressures.

Prioritize Rest & Recovery – Create habits that improve sleep quality and overall energy.

Strengthen Your Flourish Mindset – Rewire your relationship with health, fitness, and self-care.

These pillars aren’t about perfection. They’re about small, intentional choices that add up over time—so you can feel strong, energized, and truly well.

How I Support Your Well-Being

At our signature Sweet Life Retreat, I lead a dedicated Vitality Day—a full-body, full-hearted experience where we explore movement, nourishment, and recovery in a way that feels aligned and joyful. I also spend 1:1 time with each guest, offering personalized guidance based on the Five Vitality Pillars and your unique lifestyle needs.

For our other retreats, I design a bespoke vitality plan for each guest—helping you integrate gentle movement, nourishment, and stress resilience practices throughout your stay. And after the retreat? I’m still with you. I offer ongoing support to help you maintain that post-retreat glow and rhythm in everyday life.

Inside The Sweet Life Club, I continue to walk alongside our members—offering seasonal wellness guidance, movement sessions, and practical tools to help you stay energized, grounded, and connected to your body’s wisdom.
