Absolutely! Whether you have dietary preferences, accessibility needs, or specific experiences you'd like to include, Cara will personally tailor your retreat experience to ensure everything is seamless and stress-free.
Most definitely. Cara’s concierge service is complimentary and she’s happy to assist with booking extra nights, planning unique experiences, organizing a car rental, or arranging a private driver for extended exploration.
Your retreat package includes almost everything, but flights, one evening meal, and any additional snacks or drinks ordered outside of group dining experiences are not included.
Due to the exclusive nature of this retreat, cancellations made 45+ days before the retreat starts will receive a full refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit). Within 44 days of the retreat start date, all payments are non-refundable, but you may be able to transfer your booking to another guest.
